In your role as an IT Project Manager, you will lead various strategic IT projects. You will play a key role in introducing new technologies, platforms, and processes in the functions of IT Support, End-user Computing, Applications, Infrastructure, and Security.

You will also run various initiatives to manage, identify and improve business applications across our all SaaS landscape to determine which ones we should keep, replace or retire. The overall goal is to rationalise our entire SaaS application landscape, explore opportunities and ensure the cost-effectiveness


Job Description
  • Planning, management, and execution of IT projects in all aspects such as: scoping, planning, controlling, assigning, and managing internal and external resources, reporting, and monitoring;
  • Coaching and supporting key users including gathering of their requirements and working on scoping for new features in close coordination with them;
  • Evaluation of business requirements and creation of IT requirements for new applications and platforms;
  • Management of business stakeholders at all levels and periodic reporting of project status and timeline;
  • Take an active role in implementing and improving IT service management tooling;
  • Maintaining technical, functional, and executive project documentation.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in IT or Economics
  • Project Management certification (e.g. PMP, Prince2 Practitioner, AgilePM Practitioner)
  • Several years of experience working as an IT Project Manager in a mid-size or large IT projects
  • Extensive experience in organisational change and process optimisation projects, with a budget larger than 200k and with multiple suppliers
  • Experienced in Scrum/Agile project delivery, preferably as Scrum Master, ability to coach others
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, dealing with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Hands-on mentality and ability to take multiple roles depending on the projects
  • Experienced in working within fast-growing companies and setting up project management practices
  • Experienced in project management tooling (e.g. Atlassian/Jira)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
